John Matthews, President and Chief Executive Officer - John has 25 years of semiconductor industry experience. John launched Fusion Semiconductor Systems and became its President in 1996. When Fusion’s enterprise value reached $300 million, John led the merger of Fusion into Eaton Corporation and was deeply involved with post-merger integration.

Dr. T. (Venky) Venkatesan, Chairman, Chief Technology Officer and Founder– For 12 years, Dr. Venkatesan has been a professor of Physics and Electrical Engineering at the University of Maryland. Venky has published over 450 papers and holds 26 patents in technology areas critical to Neocera. Prior to his tenure with the University, Venky led several R&D programs over the course of his 17 years with Bell Labs and Bellcore.
