Neocera is now offering scanning services using Neocera's state-of-the-art Magma C30 Magnetic Current Imaging System (MCI). The Magma MCI is unparalleled in its ability to find defects that other tools and techniques cannot. Shorts, Resistive opens ~ C4 bump, via delaminations, PTH cracks, Metal cracks, and Leakage areas in packages, die, and PCBs.

All scanning is done by our highly skilled applications engineers who will give you a detailed analysis report. They can work with you to help you diagnose your problems or suggest a next step.
